GOLDEN TICKET TENNIS LLC

PARTICIPANT TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a strict prerequisite for registration and participation in any luxury, high-performance, or active travel program organized, operated, or managed by Golden Ticket Tennis LLC.

1. The Contract & Parties

This Participant Terms, Conditions, and Release Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between the purchasing individual and/or traveling guest ("Participant," "Client," or "you") and Golden Ticket Tennis LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking a trip, submitting a deposit, or executing this document, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all clauses herein.

2. Payment Terms, Deposits & Late Penalties

To secure a booking on any Golden Ticket Tennis itinerary, Participant must adhere to the following strict payment schedule, modeled on premium bespoke tour operations:

  • Standard Initial Deposit: For bookings made sixty-one (61) days or more prior to the scheduled departure date, a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total tour package price per person is due immediately upon booking to secure reservations, hospitality access, and tournament ticket allocations. All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Standard Final Balance: The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the total tour package price is due exactly sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled departure date of the trip.

  • Late Bookings Window: For any bookings requested, processed, or finalized within sixty (60) days of the scheduled trip departure date, one hundred percent (100%) of the total tour package price is due immediately upfront at the time of booking to secure confirmation.

Late Payment and Automatic Cancellation Notice: For standard bookings, if the final balance is not received by the 60-day deadline, Golden Ticket Tennis LLC reserves the absolute right to treat the booking as canceled by the Participant. In such event, or in the case of a failed upfront payment for a late booking, the full paid amount is completely forfeited, and any secured tournament ticket access, hotel rooms, or clinic placements will be immediately released without notice.

3. Mandatory Travel Insurance Policy

Due to the premium nature, upfront commitments, and physically active components of our itineraries, Golden Ticket Tennis LLC enforces a strict mandatory travel insurance requirement. This is best practice in the luxury travel tour industry to protect both client investments and company operations.

  • Compulsory Coverage: Every Participant must independently purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy. This policy must include, at a minimum, coverage for: (i) Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption; (ii) Emergency Medical Expense coverage (minimum $100,000); and (iii) Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation (minimum $250,000).

  • Proof of Policy: Verification of an active travel insurance policy must be provided to Golden Ticket Tennis LLC within five (5) days of initial booking and deposit payment. For any late bookings made within thirty (30) days of departure, valid proof of insurance must be submitted immediately upon booking.

NO INSURANCE, NO TRAVEL POLICY: Participants who fail to provide valid proof of comprehensive travel insurance within the required timeframe will be strictly barred from participating in the trip, boarding any group transport, or accessing tournament facilities. Such failure will be treated as a voluntary cancellation by the client, and no refunds or compensations will be issued.

4. Weather, Rain-Outs & Tournament Ticket Policy

Golden Ticket Tennis LLC acts as an independent provider of luxury travel and tournament access experiences. Consistent with industry leaders such as Grand Slam Tennis Tours and Steve Furgal’s International Tennis Tours (On Location), tournament tickets are subject to the strict rules of the respective tournament governing bodies (e.g., AELTC, FFT, USTA, TA, FITP).

Absolute Non-Refundability of Tickets: All tournament tickets, premium hospitality passes, and court-access privileges included in your package are purchased well in advance and are 100% non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Weather, Delays, and Force Majeure: Professional tennis tournaments are subject to weather interruptions, rain-outs, extreme heat delays, scheduling updates, and player match changes. Golden Ticket Tennis LLC bears absolutely no liability for matches delayed, shortened, moved, postponed, or canceled due to weather or scheduling decisions made by tournament officials.

  • No monetary refunds, pro-rated refunds, future travel credits, or substitute tickets will be provided if a session is rained out, delayed, or altered.

  • Participants are heavily encouraged to verify that their mandatory travel insurance policy includes specific "Event Cancellation" or "Change of Itinerary" clauses to cover weather anomalies.

5. Chargeback Prohibition

By signing below or submitting a payment, Participant explicitly agrees not to initiate any credit card chargebacks, disputes, or retrieval requests with their financial institution regarding deposits, ticket allocations, or weather-affected sessions. In the event of a weather cancellation, scheduling change, or personal medical cancellation, the Participant’s sole recourse is through their independent travel insurance provider.

6. Physical Requirement, Active On-Court Training, and Medical Release

Our premium itineraries are unique, highly active programs. Participants acknowledge that itineraries include extensive daily walking across tournament grounds, historic city centers, and urban landscapes, alongside rigorous daily on-court tennis practices, technical drills, and matchplay clinics.

Assumption of Risk: Participation in tennis clinics involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint sprains, ligament tears, cardiovascular stress, dehydration, heat exhaustion, and collisions with tennis balls, nets, equipment, or other players. Participant explicitly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with such rigorous physical movement and athletic training.

Participant Fitness Warranty: You warrant that you are in good physical health and possess a level of fitness sufficient to safely complete the active portions of the itinerary. It is the Participant's sole responsibility to consult a physician prior to departure to ensure fitness for high-intensity sports training under varying climatic conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Suppliers

Golden Ticket Tennis LLC organizes, coordinates, and books services from various independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, transport operators, local touring companies, tennis academies, teaching professionals, and tournament venues. Company is not an employee, owner, or direct manager of these third-party operators. Consequently, Golden Ticket Tennis LLC shall not be held liable for any negligent or willful act, omission, bankruptcy, insolvency, failure to perform, or breach of contract by any such third-party supplier that results in injury, illness, delay, damage, property loss, or financial inconvenience to the Participant.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, its interpretation, and any disputes arising out of or relating to a Golden Ticket Tennis LLC program shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action, litigation, or proceeding arising under or in connection with this travel agreement shall be brought solely and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California.
